– As the state’s regulatory department, DORA is committed to ensuring that businesses thrive in an environment that protects consumers. DORA’s nearly 600 employees are dedicated to preserving the integrity of the marketplace and promoting a fair and competitive business environment throughout Colorado.
– Division of Insurance (DOI) regulates the insurance industry in Colorado and assists consumers by answering questions, investigating complaints, educating about insurance. DOI also monitors insurance companies and agents operating in Colorado.

Lloyd Burton – Sierra Club on 1-70,received bad news from the judge on the lawsuit and thinking about a motion to reconsider Random samples need to be taken of soil on dates not known to contractors. He also shared that the national air quality averages though there, can have human health impacts, especially for people with conditions like asthma, are still an issue even if the ratings are lower than standards.

INC PARC To Present Two Resolutions At Oct 10 Delegate Meeting
INC PARC will present two Resolutions at the Oct 10 Delegate meeting.
One concerning a call to monitor the effect of recycled water in Denver Parks and the other to postpone the public process until 2016 allowing time for a thorough review of all issues and policies regarding a proposed Comfort Dental Colorado Music Hall of Fame in a portion of the historically designated Trading Post land.
